How to place an order – Return policy
Payment Processing & shipping contractors
Debit, Credit and Prepaid card transactions are processed through the Bank Audi secure e-payment gateway. This gateway allows us to receive payments from any MasterCard or Visa Card.
All local orders and packages will be handled by one of our logistics partners: Aramex.
All international orders and packages will be handled by one of our logistics partners: DHL.
We reserve the right to change any of the above third parties, at our discretion and without any need to notify you.
Shipping costs and Taxes
Shipping costs depend on the item’s weight & order destination, and are available on the website in the ‘Shipping and Returns’ section. The relevant cost of an order will be provided during checkout.
All prices for the Posted Items are quoted exclusive of any taxes, including VAT, duties, levies, customs clearance fees and expenses and any other taxes or related expenses of any kind that may be levied, imposed, applicable or payable as a result of any transaction regarding a Posted Items (Collectively the “Taxes”). The Customer undertakes to pay such Taxes at any time and upon the first demand of E-Concept and/or reimburse forthwith E-Concepts or its agents any Taxes paid in this regard (for the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing shall not be construed as an obligation on E-Concepts to pay any Taxes). The delivery of any ordered Posted Items may be postponed until the full payment of the Taxes by the Customer.
Placing an order (settlement of dues, delivery of orders, and returns)
An order is placed when a customer has added one or more products to his cart, and completed all steps related to the checkout process. The full payment, including shipping cost, is made by the customer at checkout, before the item is shipped.
Once payment is made, the customer receives an order confirmation via e-mail with details enclosed about the placed order.

Procedure for Claim
We are committed to protecting the intellectual property of third parties. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated on the Website, please provide us with the following information by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org including the following:
a. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;

B. Claim in relation with inappropriate selling:
In case you are not satisfied with the behavior of a Seller, please provide us with the following information by e-mail to email@example.com including the following:
a. the name and details of the Seller and a short description of the Seller’s behavior;

c. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate.
