Shipping & Returns

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Standard processing time is 1-2 business days.

Shipping Methods:

• Express Courier within Lebanon (Domestic): Delivery in 24-48 hours from dispatch. Cost: $5.
• International orders: Delivery in 2 to 7 working days at the best competitive price via DHL Express and Aramex.

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return products within 14 calendar days of receiving the package.

Return Conditions:

• Products must be in original condition, unused and with tags intact
• Original packaging must be kept for returns
• Certain personalized products cannot be returned
• Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects

Return Process:

1. Contact customer service to initiate the return
2. Receive a return authorization number (RMA)
3. Pack products in original packaging
4. Ship the package to the provided address
5. Refund will be made within 7 business days of receiving the return
